Anybody who takes this advice beyond the point of their own health should re-evaluate their decision-making and self-awareness.

Gary is making a point around “time” and “excuses” and the fact that we all have the same 24 hours. People with full time jobs — even families — can start businesses. If 7pm to 2am doesn’t work for you, damn, find other time slots. Work for 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours at night. Work weekends. Work during lunch at work. It doesn’t matter.

The point is: we all have the same time. It’s up to us to use and find it by prioritizing in ways that serve us.
