I don’t watch a ton of TV, as I mentioned, but I do think Game of Thrones has done beautiful things with most of their female characters — making them powerful, robust, complex, and strong. There are still some negative themes (esp. in earlier seasons), but the women are just incredible, esp. as the show goes on.

I’ve heard Brooklyn 99 and Parks and Rec also does right by their female characters, but a.) I don’t watch them and b.) contextually, neither can offer the pure power themes that GoT does.
