The quote I cited was always an actual quotation (i.e, the words inside the quotation marks in my post mirror exactly the words in the study.)

That aside, regarding the links you shared: You realize that these are opinion pieces, not studies, correct? (Only one actually cites data.)

Of the studies referenced in that single one, several could not actually be found, several others were religion-based (you can’t use religion as an argument if your audience isn’t religious to begin with; you’d have to first convince them of the validity of religion), and several others were additional articles rather than the studies themselves.

At this point, it may make most sense to agree to disagree.
