One-sided discussions are fine.

Up until you expect change and reform from the other side.

If we’re looking for change and subscription, the conversation should allow for it. Matching bullying with bullying, or responding to feelings of repression with one-way outbursts, isn’t a constructive long-term negotiation tactic.
