Thank you so much for the vulnerability in this post — I have never experienced a miscarriage, but as a woman in my early 30s, I am at the age where many, many of my friends and family members (sisters, sisters in law, cousins) are beginning to try for families — and experiencing miscarriages. The biggest thing for most of them is not only the heartbreak, but the feeling of isolation. They all think they’re the only one experiencing this, and that added pain is absolutely unnecessary.

The more we talk about it, the stronger community we build, and the more we help women emotionally.
